Conducting Capacity building training to our partners at the grassroots to be empowered to effectively manage various initiated programs and development projects for our beneficiaries by accessing services from techinical persons as volunteers to work with us in institution capacity building at all levels of the Organization This can also be done with the international LGBTIs network through exchange programs ie workshops,conferences,meetings,events.Trainings,volunteering etc. that suits our members and organization projects plus the community at large.
